The buy-back credit amount varies based on the quantity, condition and type of existing carpet and can only be applied towards the purchase of new carpet, luxury vinyl planking, and/or wood flooring with installation. Removal of old carpet and pad will be at no charge on new carpet orders only. Deposits are required at the time of selection, and all measurements and floor preparations are subject to our estimator’s assessment.
